Shipping Policy
Free shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–5 business days depending on the time of year. During peak season (spring and early summer) fulfillment can take closer to 3–5 days. You will receive an automatic tracking email once your shipment is created.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email automatically. If you haven't received tracking after 5 business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll look into it.
Expedited Shipping
If you ordered 2-day air or another expedited service and your order has not arrived on time, contact us immediately — do not wait. We take expedited shipping complaints seriously and will escalate to our warehouse right away regardless of when the order was placed.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. If international shipping rates are not appearing at checkout, contact us and we can assist. Note that international customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged by their country.
Split Shipments
Some orders ship in multiple packages. If your tracking shows one package delivered but items are missing, check whether a second shipment is on the way before contacting us — your confirmation email will indicate if items are shipping separately.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrived incomplete or with damaged items, contact us right away with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll get a replacement shipped out as quickly as possible.
Address Changes & Order Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us immediately — the sooner the better. Order changes cannot be made in Shopify and must be handled manually. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered fulfillment, but we will do everything we can. Please do not place a new order while waiting to hear back from us.
